menopause .. i wonder what the male gender think of it too..

hello mylotters, for us women, menopause is natural phenomena, some have it around 50, some earlier other may have theirs, much later. i maybe approaching, too, because i am experiencing hot flushes, fluctuating blood pressure....

I had my first hot flush about 10 years ago and it still keeps coming, one of the problems is because I used to take HRT and I leanrt that HRT just keeps the symptooms of menopause at bay, it does not take it away. Sooner or later...

To all those women out there that are suffering with menopause, how do you deal with it? I hate that I am going through menopause. I get the hot flashes all day long and can't stand them. My doctor won't put me on any more hormone...
