How to upload moving images as avatar?? help pls

Ive been trying to upload an avatar that moves with action but always fail so I give up and would like to seek the advise of experts hehe I just like those avatar coz its cute and amusing to look at hope...

Can any body tell me how to upload a photo for the first time under an interest. I wanted to upload some photos under interest 'Dhamaal'. It says no photos have been uploaded. But there is no button - 'upload photo'.
