I have found that olive leaf extract in the capsule form is supposed to be good for the immune system and that it has helped people recover quicker from infectons even from viruses... I was wondering if you had heard of this...

I have been to restaurants where a hot sause like chalula was used to spice up ranch dressing. I like it as an addition to Ketchup for fries, hash browns and even to eggs... What hot sause do you like best? What do you use it...
