I just got the new HTC hero and i must say I am very dissapointed in this phone! It is always freezing up and the mobile web doesnt work unless i am in my house or somewhere that has WIFI what the heck! is anyone else having these...

I have been reading reviews on both phones, while all rave about hero about the potential and how great to handle. However they claim it just lag slightly behind iphone. HTC claims with software he upgrade Hero would be better....
