Ever Get A Bruise And Don't Know How You Did It?

This morning I woke up and saw a huge bruise on my arm. It is about as big as a half dollar. Funny thing is, I don't know how I did it. Have you ever gotten a bruise or hurt yourself and not known how you did it?

I've self-mutilated (cut my arms) a couple of years back when I was faced with a lot of setbacks. But I'm over that perios now. Anyone wants to share their experiences with me?
