These Idaho potatoes are small, which I was hoping to find. Jay doesn't care for baked potatoes. When I bake one for myself, I serve Jay a different side dish. If the potato is real big, I usually only consume 1/2 a baked potato....

Real mashed potatoes or Flake Instant Mashed Potatoes....

Does it matter to you if you are served "real" mashed potatoes.. or Flake from a box.. what is your taste preference? Do you think it is 'cheating" to use the flaked instant mashed poatoes?

I went to grab some potatoes for Easter dinner this past Easter and this is what I found. We seldom eat potatoes so when someone gave me a 10lb bag, I knew it would last us quite a while. Didn't get to use too many out of this bag...
