Hello Mylotters, i can't bear summer heats. I get terrible allergies, sun burns, sun strokes, and the most of all my nose bleeds every times. My body gets heated up from inside is there any way or any home remedy which i can use...

Hi All, With increasing temperatures;it is that part of the year when we try our best to keep our bodies cool . We drink juices,eat nice fruits,have Ice-Creams etc . What do you people do to keep your cool in these summers ?...
