Why is Kings Punjab XI still sticking with Sreesanth??

Yet another bad performance from Sreesanth and still Punjab kings XI is sticking with him. don't know what's the management thinking. I think Sreesanth is one of the most unreliable Indian bowler and he has proved this fact again...
