President Putin has been having meeting with American presidents for decades, he has witnessed 5 of them and I wonder if he speaks English or needs an interpreter. Does the most powerful man in the world speak english?

people saying that flower having their own languange and it can more expressfull than our words saying. Is it so? how if we send flower but the person who receives flower doesnt know anything about flower's languange?
