how to overcome lazziness?

I'm really have trouble with being lazzyy. Sometimes I really want to do things like jogging or atleast do a single excercise but tendency is I rather stay in bed than do it.

I always try to be very active and I find slowly and slowly ...I am geting lazy and sometimes I sleep also .....leaving work .... I wonder how laziness entered me ...later I find it enters through negative thoughts negative...
