Did Tad put the Garter on Liza's leg?

AMC was inturrupted by a news bulletin in my area. Then later Tad apologized to Liza for something and I can only guess it was for something he did when he put the garter he caught on her leg. So what happened, what did he do?

How quickly will Colby figure who Liza meant? Will Colby tell Damon and thus make problems between Tad and Damon? I just can't see any way that Damon is ever going to straighten out with his attitude especially after he learns...

Today it was inferred that Damon is Tad's son with Hilliary. Talk about a blast from the past. Seems like AMC is digging up all kinds of old characters to fill in the void from the one's they are losing.

Is Liza really going to tell the ADA about Kendall?

Is Liza really going to tell the ADA that it isn't Kendall in the prison? Maybe Zach will have come up with something to intervene so she can't and so it is not obvious the it is not Kendall.
