What to do when youre suffering from hair fall ?

My hairs are falling and i am afraid its something with heredity as my dad has a bald head too . Its not too late for now and i was thinking about doing something but there is no good solution in my city . what should i do ?

I think that on ladies long hairs looks awesome.God has given them a sweet gift of hairs.So don't make them short.Keep them long,So that you would look more beautiful and more superb.

Split ends in my hairs..people how do you handle them??

Now these split ends are getting on my nerves..!! I am fed up of them..! NO matter how much care I do but these split ends comes up again...!!! I do regular head oil massage and regular washing..!! I Get my hairs trimmed once...
