Tightening that loose skin after weight loss

So, after we lose the weight... Does anyone else have an issue with the saggy skin that is left after? I do, and I don't want to have to go through surgery to have this corrected if at all...

How do you get rid of the loose skin? I gained a lot of weight while i was preg, i went from 115 to 170. Now i haven't lost it all but i lost quite a bit of it, and i'm left with a lot of stretch...
