I use a lot of hair gel and i m scared if it will have any effect on my hair in the future. Any Ideas...???

I am loosing my hair a lot, what should I do?

Does anyone has this problem as I am loosing a lot of hair these days, Actually I changed my shampoo recently and thats why I think I am loosing so much hair, but I cant revert back to my older one as it has been stopped...
