I have big sizes pants when i was thin. Now those loose pants that i used to wear hardly now at all. So i guess i needed to lose a lot of weight. I cant admit i am losing to the battle of the bulge....

yesterday i saw the biggest losser show and i cried so hard how those people strugel to loss weight and became healthy and also get cash ..anyone live in america is lucky very lucky .
