A 70 year old man from Florida. Won a Half of Million Dollars but later on to come to find out He lost his ticket. He said he put the ticket in his back pocket then afterwards when he try to find it or get it wasn't there anymore....

I'm talking about the ones that you either use your nail or a coin to scratch off. I think the most I've ever won is maybe $10. Never anything more than that! Usually if I win on those I just go back and buy a few more tickets and...
