What cooking oil do you normally prefer?

I always try and use mustard oil for most of my cooking as it is low in cholesterol. I've also heard that olive oil is good but my son is allergic to it.

My doctor said that my Good Cholesterol is too low and to eat more foods that have good cholesterol in them. Unfortunately she didn't say WHAT has good cholesterol in it.
