It is 11:23am now here and it's lunch time for me. I just cooked this Sotanghon guisado, aka stir-fried vegetables with glass noodles. I used up part of my stored chicken broth and boiled chicken breast.

I dont cook dish by self. We ordered this soto in our lunch time. Its different with my previous discussion. Dish content with coconut cream with a lot of spices.

Hi there! Have you had your lunch or meal already? As of writing Im cooking bacon and sausages for our lunch. I did not go to the market to buy meat or fish instead I turned to cold cuts for a change.
