Airsoft purchasing help

I'm a beginner at airsoft, and currently have a $40 mp5, it is OK, but I plan on buying a new AEG, somewhere between $90-120. I like the m4 and AK-47's, i want a fps of around 300-350, and range 150.

superb gun in counter strike

in your own thinking which one is most reliable and smooth running gun is it M4,sg55 or AK47...... I think m4 is best for making headshots & its not very heavy also
