Admittedly, my husband and I spanked our kid sometimes when he gets so naughty. I think, it's okay to spank them at times to discipline them but not always and too strong. We always tell him the reason why we hit him with our hand...

I tried timeouts but whenever my kid is throwing a tantrum, she screams at the top of her voice and no matter what I do she doesnt listen at all. If you have kids how do you manage such situation? My girl is just over 3.
