We are looking at buying a new home, it's a manufactured home. The price is $71,995, but the guy will give us a deal and drop the price to $69,995. Ok, $2,000 doesn't sound like much of a deal. Should I negotiate? CAN I negotiate?...

Have you tried recently to do a refinance on your property to only find a hassle more time consuming then the original purchase was. Seems like insurance companies are not the only ones trying to get out from handling these types...
