what am i doing wrong? i marinate stuff but the flavor dont go all the way threw........like tonight it was fish but only taste anything on top of fish so what am i doing wrong?

Pop makes a great marinade and tenderizer. Ginger Ale, soy sauce a few spices make a great marinade for chicken or pork. Coke, worchestershire sauce and spices make a great marinade for beef. But my absolute favourite now is...
