What is mass pay on paypal ?

I heard this word by some guys offering ref cash back for ptc clicks, can anyone explain it ? I am also thinking to start ref cash back offer and have posted deals in one forum site so it is important for me.

If your Paypal account is premiere or business you are charged a fee of more than 30 cents everytime you get a payment. But if the place that's paying you uses mass pay you don't get the fee. This is important, especially when...
