I have a 1988 Ford F350 Diesel. I was driving it this morning and lost the brakes. I checked master cylinder for fluid it was full. I checked for noticable leaks seen none. Any suggestions?

The system has new master cylinder, lines, calipers and shoes. The brake pedal is hard and the car will NOT stop. Any ideas?
