Hi friends, Some days ago I went to doc. He diagnose me and said my blood pressure is high(90/155), and prescribe a tablet daily. I want to know that there is any other way to control my blood pressure, without taking pills....

Can all cells undergo mitosis? Is mitosis the mechanism by which an organism grows both plants and animals? Is this the means by which all organisms create new cells?
