Dolmas made with cabbage and meat from festival earlier last year

There are dolmas,which is a dish made with cabbage stuffed with seasoned meat.I had these at the Assyrian Food Festival at the Assyrian Church of the east in san Jose in August 2018.these can also be made with grape leaves.

I was reading the newspaper now and i came over an really interesting and nice piece of news..I hope this will help many asthma patients..They say that children who eat a mediterranean diet packed with fruits, vegetables and nuts...
