Al pastor pork tacos

This is al pastor pork I got at Safeway. Turns out it makes good tacos, and the seasoning is good. I didn't have avocado but had onions, salsa and lettuce. Al pastor is one of my favorite meats for tacos or burritos.

Does Anyone Make Vermicelli?

Hi! I used to get the best vermicelli at a locally owned mexican restaurant I used to go to, but they've closed!:-( I was wondering if anyone has any recipes for authentic mexican vermicelli they would like to share. Thanks! :-)
