Sometimes, l like to microwave my food because they tastes nice. But, l heard from some housewives tales, that eating too much microwave food is not good to health. Is it true?

Do any of you eat hot pockets? Well, I do every once in a while. Aren't the little sleeves that you put them in supposed to make them "crispy" as it states on the package? Do yours come out crispy because mine don't? I don't...
