minature horses

I love this minature horse. I am interesting in obtaining more information. I saw this special on a horse named Cuddles who is a seeing eye horse. She is very well trained and even potty trained. She crosses her legs when she has to go, and nays so she can be let out. Can you tell me about them, and if they can be pottied train, and how they are in the house. They are just too cute.
