Funniest Mispronunciation of a Town's Name?

We have had two of our nearby town's names grossly mispronounced in the news media. Downright funny, if you ask me. Here they are... Schuyler is properly pronounced SKY-Ler. But the media? SHOO-Ler. Appomattox is AP-Po-MAT-Tux....

Nobody has not pronounced my name wrong because it is Stephen. But do you get mad if someone mispronounces your name?

People don't usually misspell my name. But there are times when they spell it as Ritchie instead of Richie. I don't really mind it but I always try to say "as in Richie Rich" to make them remember how my name is spelled. I...
