After an exasperating month I have come to one conclusion. If the PTC site has any connection to GoPratt.com you need to avoid it. I purchased a "special" advertising package at Myclix.biz and ever since then I have seen one...

I have proven another paying ptc/ptr site. Only $0.02 payout via Paypal. It is a "must join" for ptc enthusiasts. It's on my profile website!

My friend and I got an email today about how Paypal was issuing a "non ptc policy". However, I couldn't find anything about it on Paypal. Does anyone know what is going on? The email was a bit confusing...
