Do myLot page automatically updates or still needed to refresh?

Sometimes even if I didn't refresh the page, I can see that there's a changes on the page, it updates itself without needed to refresh. What do you think, am I correct that the page automatically updates itself?

I am new here, and I saw some member customizes their Mylot page such as they have different colors when you view their page.. I want to know how can i do this because my page is just plane white background.

Mylot added yahoo search engine and changed its web page design...do you like the new design and option?..i seriously didn't liked it.I think people will find difficulty to get the option.they removed Myprofile link from top.seems...

I have not change mine and do not plan to do so. In all honesty, my friends who keep changing theirs make it hard for me to see their discussions easily. What do you think? If you do change yours, why?
