I think Nokia have made a big mistake not including the Virtual keyboard as on the XM5800,Ihope that it can be included on a firmware update ,I prefere the XM5800 for texts as I an not the fastest when texting and I have hands...

If I do a hard reset what exactly do I lose i.e.do Ilose my photos and vids. I got my contacts backed up with outlook so their ok. just wondering about the other stuff
