Do you take a nap?

Here I am struggling to keep my eyelids from drooping and I thought hey why not see if you are alone in this boat or if others are snoozing too! So how about it? Do you take a nap and if so how often/when etc?

I don't have a nap now. sometimes i feel some dizzy in the afternoon. but my some colleague have a nice nap every day. do u have a nap? if do, how many time do u nap? if not, are u energetic in the afternoon?
