For a glowing neck, I make a special lotion of my own by mixing glycerin, water and a few drops of lime juice in a small bottle. Before going to bed I apply it and it works better than other cosmetics. Also I mix a pinch of salt...

Before my neck gets all wrinkly and eww, is there anything I can do to keep it looking good? I have seen women post 35 with great necks and wanna be one of them too..31 now and almost there!!
