Does anyone here suffer or have any family suffering from eating disorders? If so, how do you manage? Do you over eat or under eat when stressed?

I have had a negative self image before, as a result of constant insults since young. I tried to outgrow it many times by striving to achieve, however this thing comes back once in a while to haunt me, leaving me more depressed...
