do anyone know which is the first ever PTC site that began to pay for advertising, what they had in their mind when they created it. do gey wanted to make money online or just for helping others.

i wondered i saw someone saying that it is a scam site on some other forum i want to know has anyone from here is a member of neoclix and got payment from them or is it really scam

Neoclix has been proclaimed a scam site because its owner is the same one that owned buxter.ws (which recently turned scam) See website http://ptc-investigation.com/neoclix.aspx for full review
