please i need to make sure i am installing my network adapter card the right way i know i am supposed to find a free PCI bus master expansion slot, remove the slot cover and secure the card inside. but i am not sure what to look...

i have an ibm p3 desktop and i need a 10/100 PCI adapter i cant hook my computer up to my dsl modem im stuck on dial up right now but i need to find that card and dont know where the best placeto go would be? any suggestions...
