Is there anybody out there getting good results with facebook like getting new referrals to your links or buyers to what you are selling?

I just recently started using EasyHits4U, to get referrals for Neobux and Onbux, but I'm not sure if anybody will actually sign up over there. Do you have any links or banner there, and are you getting referrals from it?
