Fear factor... What scares you?

What one thing that really really scares you? And have you ever thought of ways on how to overcome that fear?

I dreamt many nigtmares but sometimes when I wake up,I don't remember any of it.Can somebody tell me about their scariest nightmare that can't be forgotten?
