Why is this medicine still in the Indian market and available OTC - if it is considered harmful? Is it more harmful than Ibuprofen?

nimesulide is a pain killer and i think it has more side effects than any one is it safe or harmful taking this and taking paracetamol and nimesulide is a safe thing or dangerous
