I get so mad when a ptc site doesnt pay me----

I hate to spend days clicking at a ptc sites. Cash out and sit and wait for them to pay. After waiting 3-4 weeks you realize they arent going to pay. i get so darn mad. After we work so hard to do all our sites.

I am having a problem with a non paying tenant

I have a tenant in the downstairs living space but he has not paid the rent in over 2&1/2 months. He refused to leave. I have threatened to pack his belongings in plastic bags and put them out to the curb but he does not get it....
