November 1st is always mistaken as All Souls Day, this always confused me as well as a kid cuz i wonder why people head on the Cemetery on November 1st when in fact it's not yet All Souls Day.. November 2nd supposed to be the time...

Are some people off work and out of school on november 1st? What is so special about november 1st? Are comcast workers off or banks off? I don't understand what's going on here.
