What age is OK to go to camp?

This is band camp. My sister has a 12 year old son. The music teacher thinks he is a natural on the saxophone and wants him to g to band camp this July. My sis wants him to go, but is nervous about sending him two states away...

i hate it when my kids use the comfort room and "forget" to flush! no matter how many times i remind them, they still forget! it drives me nuts!
