I have read that Ocean's 13 is a bad movie, a very poor sequel, is that true? do you recommend that i see the movie our not? what do you thing about Ocean's 13?

Anyone have an idea what they'll be doing in Oceans 13? Possible plot points, or new characters? Not sure what else they could say that wasn't already covered in the first two movies, but I can't wait to see.
