There is no way that Marty would be consulting on Hannah's case

Since Marty is who Hannah has confessed to attacking and killing her unborn baby, the authorities would never have Marty be one of the doctors deciding Hannah's sanity and fitness for standing trial, etc. This is just stretching...

Will Mitch's shock therapy have wiped out Jessica's memories of Bree, Brody and everyone else? How will she get them back if that is the case? Will it cause her DID to return? Poor Jessica.
