What's the most EXOTIC food you've ever eaten?

I do not know if this is still considered exotic, but the first time i've tried it was in 1999. It was an ostrich meat.

I haven't tried this kind of meat. Athough there are several ostrich farm in our city, I think its one of the very expensive meat. Have you tried it? How does it taste as compared to other meats like goat. etc?

i was invited to an ostrich farm by a dear freind of mine in davao city...ostrich meat is indeed sooo tasty,almost all recipes for chichen pork and beef,ostritch meet can be used as a main ingredient...bus shock was i to find out...
