Has anyone ever had a pain in the back of your neck..almost feels like a sunburn to me but no way it is that. A friend told me i may have a pinched neve...anyone had this experince..

Mucle spasms

I had some exras taken of my neck and back and it showed that I was having some major mucle spasms. No wonder it hurts so much!! Now my question is what can I do for them? I don't want to have to take and major pain medicine, but...
