what does it mean when you are picking what world to enter and it says falador party room i know what the place is but i dont know why it says it on the worlds menu

i know the emotes for party pete dance. I think there should be a minigame there.. with certain requirements and rewards. dance-clap-dance-cheer-dance-bow. Maybe there could be a smaller party room which ppl can go into after...
