Do I need a premium account to get paid with mylot?

Hello there, I want get paid by mylot, But I have a personal account, Will I get paid in my personal account. Or do I have to upgrade to premier to get paid? If it's possible I would like to stay personal.

Paypal Premier vs Bussiness

My sister has a premier paypal account and I have a bussiness one. None of them is verified. Can i buy stuff oN ebay or STEAM with a Premier account? Because that is the one I would preffer to use.
